GermanReturns & Refund Policy
Products purchased on www.cana-green.de can be returned or replaced within 30 days
of delivery date. In order to return the products, you must meet the following
requirements:
- The items must be new and unused and undamaged condition.
- Make sure that the original packaging and paperwork is returned too. This includes invoice, warranty cards etc.
- Make sure that there are no scratches, marks or any sign of damage on the items.
The products should be returned in its original form without any alteration.
After we receive the items, our team will check them to ensure it meets the
requirements. The refund process will start after the verification.
Replacement Policy
The items can be replaced if it qualifies for it. replacement of items is subject to
availability and other concerns. Please contact our team at info@cana-green.de for more
details.
After we receive the items that needs replacing, our team will inspect the items for any
damage or disqualification. After that, your replacement process will ne done.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the items before it has been shipped. Or you can contact our team at
info@cana-green.de for more information. Please mention your Order ID in all
communications for smoother process.
