Online Account

1. Set up an online account & change personal data

You can create your online account with Cana-Green by visiting the My Account page. Enter the required details like name, contact details, email and others, to create your online account in just few easy steps. You have to confirm the registration by clicking on the link sent to your email. After your account is confirmed, you can start making your purchase.

You can also change your personal data from My Account page. You can add, update and change details as per your requirements.

2. I Have Forgotten My Password

If you have forgotten your password, you reset it by clicking on the “forgot password” on the login page. Password reset instructions will be sent to the registered email/phone number. You can then set-up a new password to login.

3. Change Personal Data

You can change your personal data like address, email, phone details and other things on the My Account page.

Products & Quality

1. How and where are the products made?

We specialize in making packaging products that are made from biodegradable materials like sugarcane and palm leaves. Sugarcane waste is processed and recycled to recreate durable packaging products. The products are manufactured in Germany using the most advanced technology. We ethically source raw materials through responsible forestry. We are committed to provide green packaging solutions to our customers.

Our specialization lies in creating durable, safe and water and heat resistant packaging solution for businesses, using recycled materials. We used natural raw materials, obtained ethically and recycled to make products. All our products are 100% organic

3. Can I get proof of certified products?

Yes, all our products come with certification of authenticity. They have passed the stringent quality tests and comes with labels that provides information about its features.

Order & Payment

1. How do I place an order?

You can easily order your products online by electing the products and adding them to cart. After adding the items on the cart, you can proceed to pay. After completing the process, you will get confirmation of the order by email. You can also order products by email. Email at info@cana-green.de to order via email. You can also contact us through the contact form on the website. Changes to the order already placed is subject to terms and condition. Please contact our team for more details.

2. How can I change my order retrospectively?

Usually, once the order has been placed, no changes is possible. But in some cases, it can happen. Email to info@cana-green.de for more details.

3. Minimum order quantity & bulk orders

There is a minimum order quantity for individual products. Smaller order quantity is not possible. We can accommodate larger quantity than what it mentioned on our online store. Please contact us either via the contact form or by e-mail info@cana- green.de to discuss your requirements.

The final shipping cost will depend on the products, order bulk and parcel service cost. Distance and order value are also considered for calculating shipping charges.

Delivery time depends on the order size, location and parcel service schedules. Rest assured that we make sure products are delivered on time and as soon as possible. We only deliver within Germany.

3. How can I track my delivery?

You can track your delivery with DHL order number of the order that is sent by email. You can check it online.
